Skiing Skills Displayed by the Polish Priest at John Paul II Cup

WISLA, Poland — Polish clergymen soar downward skiing mountains to compensate gratitude with their dear Pope as well as countrymen, and also to challenge the trophy intended for John Paul II cup.

The competition was initially taken place through Wisla, Poland for the 14th yearly competition Alpine Skiing Championship intended for Polish Priests as well as Seminarians on Feb. 12, 2011.

Fr. Gregory Szwarc, a 37-year-old clergyman, was basically one of the coordinators with the annual occasion. He explained to the media that this event has been brought back by a group of Franciscan priests in 1998 which managed the same tournament conducted in the past.
